Rehabilitation services can help patients achieve the highest quality of life possible after a significant illness or injury. Persons who have experienced a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, amputation, or neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's, and some orthopedic disorders often require Rehabilitation services.

Outpatient Therapy

Focused on the therapy needs of patients who can manage at home but need therapy to regain their maximal independence. Our team of expert physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists are available for Outpatient Therapy. All services require a physician referral. Acute Rehabilitation

Our CARF accredited acute rehabilitation program is focused on the intensive inpatient medical management and therapy needs of patients who have just experienced a significant illness or injury and cannot return home from the acute hospital. For more information call 310-514-5377.
