Screening Assessment

Assessing the unique needs of each individual is the first step in receiving treatment. Our specially trained staff will complete an assessment and develop an individualized treatment plan. The results of the assessment and treatment recommendations are discussed with the individual. Any reports or evaluations needed by the court, attorneys and referring agencies will be provided.

Screening assessment components include:

  • Medical examination (including urine and blood tests, if needed)
  • Nursing assessment
  • Psychosocial assessment
  • Psychiatric evaluation (if needed)

Levels of Care

  • Complete inpatient program including medical detoxification - accredited by the Joint Commission
  • Partial hospitalization/day treatment program (6 hours)
  • Intensive day and evening outpatient program (3 hours)

Once your treatment begins within one of our levels of care, there are a number of components that may be included within your individualized care plan.

  • Medication management
  • Dual diagnosis / co-occurring disorders (in conjunction with our inpatient mental health program)
  • Individual / group counseling
  • Addiction education and life skills training
  • Relapse prevention
  • Family program
  • Pastoral counseling
  • 12-step meetings
  • Fitness activities
  • Art therapy
  • Alumni activities
