Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety. However, language that may contain profanity, slander, libel or private health information is removed. Comments reflect the views and opinions of patients. Comments are not endorsed by, nor do they necessarily reflect the views of, Providence.

Everyone was very friendly & kind to me during my visit.

The office attention is excellent. I would like to have a better follow up of my blood test results and everything on my monthly checkup. I still don't know for sure if all my first trimester exams were fine.

I saw Ms. June because Dr [...] was running behind schedule. It was great to have another option.

They don't respond about results, ones that I was eagerly awaiting.

all very kind and attentive, the little things like the babynpicture wall and the whiteboards with a greeting and names really do make a difference

PA June was amazing

This was my first visit to the clinic and June was very kind and personable. She explained everything thoroughly, listened to me, and answered all of my questions thoughtfully.

Dr. [...] was in surgery so I was moved to see June, the nurse practitioner. The visit was routine and she answered all of my questions. However, I'm not sure exactly why, but I was called later that same day with different information regarding my testing, and a test I was told in person was negative was actually positive. I do wish that I had been given the correct information right away, but June was very professional, responsible, and apologetic when she called me to explain the test result, and she called me back when I called in again later that day to ask another question.

I am not happy with my treatment. I made this appt 2-3months prior to coming in. I made sure it was a late appt because of my new job and I made it with Dr [...]. unbenonced to me I saw the nurse Practioner! I wanted other health questions answered and what Dr [...] told me at my last appt about my body June said other things. I wanted a better wellness exam then what I received. it's not all June's fault. [...]

They should provide paper for patient to write down their password after they are made to create an online profile

Nothing against this provider. She was very good. Not a fan of Providence in general

Staff was very welcoming during this (my first) visit.

Mrs. June was compassionate, understanding, motherly and everything else needed to deal with patients that might be scared, confused, etc. I want to thank her for her responses to my questions, and allowing me to be panicked through my emails. I wish that all staff at her office could respond as quickly as she did, and hope that I was not too much of a bother for her.

Took a long time to get an appointment with my Dr., and to even schedule an appointment. Held long periods of time and left voicemail's without getting a return call. After a week, called back again and begged to speak with the scheduler. Once at my appointment, I was told the Dr was running 30 minutes behind, but should be less. I ended up waiting 2 hours and then was offered to see a NP because they were closing. I left a bit confused and now not sure when I should return for my next checkup.
