Born in Taiwan, Dr. Liu was educated in the Midwest since the age of eleven. Dr. Liu's goal is to provide personalized medical care to his patients and help them enjoy more full and healthy lives. He also enjoys developing long term relationships with his patients so that he can better serve their medical needs.
Dr. Liu is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Rheumatology at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Liu has been involved in several charitable medical trips to Tijuana, Mexico. When he is not busy seeing patients, Dr. Liu enjoys playing tennis, gardening and photography.
The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety. However, language that may contain profanity, slander, libel or private health information is removed.
