Senior Outreach Program

The Senior Outreach Program was created in 1994 to assist the elderly with mental health services and resources. The program is staffed by mental health professionals and community volunteers that provide the following free services to those we serve in the San Fernando Valley.

  • Case management
  • Linkage to resources and navigating referrals to resources in the community
  • Transportation for Grocery shopping or for doctor appointments
  • Weekly one-on-one counseling to seniors who are experiencing depression, loneliness, anxiety, isolation, loss, and/or other issues associated with aging.
  • Ongoing support groups in four senior centers throughout the San Fernando Valley. Locations include:
