James Strazzeri, MD, board certified orthopedic surgeon, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College,New York. His internship in general surgery and his residency in orthopedic surgery were both completed at the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Strazzeri's clinical areas of expertise include arthroscopy of the knee, joint replacement of the hip and knee, and general trauma. He is a member of several associations including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the California Orthopedic Association. Dr. Strazzeri is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine.
Although a surgeon, Dr. Strazzeri is able to treat most problems without surgery. He customizes each patient's care to fit their needs and circumstances.
Dr. Strazzeri is the Medical Director of Orthopedic Trauma at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center and a member of the Providence Holy Cross Medical Staff providing care in orthopedic surgery.
