Mark Goldstein, M.D., is a physician with board-certification in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology. Dr. Goldstein has served patients in Los Angeles County for more than 30 years.
Dr. Goldstein received his medical degree from University of California, San Francisco and completed residency at Sedars-Cinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He remained in Los Angeles to complete an internal medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai. Following his internships and residency, Dr. Goldstein received fellowship training in oncology and hematology at the LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Prior to beginning medical training, Dr. Goldstein received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s of Science degree in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University. He subsequently worked on the development of space suit design and life support systems, as well as gas piping at the Kennedy Space Center.
Dr. Goldstein has been published in several medical journals, including Hematologic Oncology, Blood and Journal of the American Medical Association. Dr. Goldstein is a current member of the American Society of Hematology, Medical Oncology Association of Southern California, California Medical Association and American Society of Clinical Oncology.
