Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety. However, language that may contain profanity, slander, libel or private health information is removed. Comments reflect the views and opinions of patients. Comments are not endorsed by, nor do they necessarily reflect the views of, Providence.

Dr Dhoot is the best, until I was refered to Dr Dhoot I was not aware that AFib can be corrected in certain conditions, he explains everything Dr Dhoot listens to my concerns especially about surgery

was not able to get heart medication from this provider in a timely manner. tried several times.

the receptionist could use some tips on getting back to the customer in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to keep calling them after they said they would call back in two days

Very friendly and caring office and staff.

This was my first experience with Dr. Dhoot and staff and it was a totally excellent experience. [...] and [...] were exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Dr. Dhoot is a friendly Doctor that takes his time with his patients. making appointments is very easy and have been able to see the Dr. Dhoot within a few days of initially calling for an appointment and once I am at the office I have never had to wait more then 10 minutes to see the doctor. the staff is very friendly and professional. the last time I was at the office the staff needed to get pre-approval from my insurance company for a stress test, the person called the following day with the approval and was very helpful arranging my outpatient procedure at a time that worked best for me. I know Dr. Dhoot is a brand new doctor but I feel confident with him and trust that he will take good care of me.

it was my first visit and I felt comfortable with Dr Doot's mannerisms and knowledge

confidence in physicians ability after initial visit.

He is always concerned when I have problem or question.
