Providence Holy Cross Cancer Center offers a full range of
radiation treatment options providing state-of-the-art therapy
including: Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Image
Guided Radiotherapy, and coming later this year high dose rate
(HDR) and low dose rate (LDR) brachytherapy and stereotactic
radiotherapy. With nearly half of all cancer patients receiving
radiation treatments at some time during their disease, many of
our patients have had their cancers treated successfully with
fewer side effects and preservation of normal tissue function.
