​Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance has a fully staffed Emergency Room available 24 hours a day. Located in the Hannon Tower at the corner of Torrance Boulevard and Earl Street, the 28-bed Emergency Department at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance is equipped with individual rooms for each patient, ensuring privacy for patients and their families. Sliding glass doors are designed to aid in noise reduction. Each patient room has a telephone and many have TVs.

Two separate, private rooms are dedicated for women with obstetric or gynecologic medical needs, each with their own private bathroom. Additionally, a dedicated room for emergencies of the eyes, ears, nose, and throat enable our Emergency Department physicians and nurses to be prepared to immediately treat patients who arrive with these types of emergencies.
