You are invited to attend any of our three support groups. Registration is not required and attendance is free. You are always welcome to bring a friend or family member.

All groups meet at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Jaromir Strizka Conference Room 1. Please check with the information desk in case the meeting room has changed.

Mindful Eating, Mindful Living

Mindful Eating, Mindful Living meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

  • How to observe, monitor and change thoughts and behaviors to support healthy eating habits and a healthy body weight
  • How to manage feelings that trigger unhealthy eating habits
  • How to practice healthy eating habits and more

Join the group at any meeting or attend regularly. Each monthly meeting provides an essential ready-to-use component of the total program.
