Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety. However, language that may contain profanity, slander, libel or private health information is removed. Comments reflect the views and opinions of patients. Comments are not endorsed by, nor do they necessarily reflect the views of, Providence.

Dr. Misser went out of her way to help me obtain what I needed for a pre op knee surgery.

Very pleased to receive a same day appointment.

office staff are rude, do not address customers nor offer reasonable time updates.

it was a good experience.

Dr Seema was amazing! very thoughtful and caring! great doctor!

Got 100 % of wax out on left ear and 'about' 90% in right ear- gave me info to clean rt ear out with Debrox.

Dr. Misser is very through in her visits and very fast to return results

all good

it was my first time meeting her as my new primary care doctor and she was friendly, helpful, and on top of my needed tests and booster shots.

Dr. Misser was excellent. It just turned out that I needed additional care after being seen at urgent care, because the antibiotics I was prescribed on [...] didn't help and my condition was much worse by [...]. I had to see my dermatologist on [...] instead and received three different medications, which seemed to help.

The doctor I had needs to work on her patient interaction skills. I don't recall a greeting at all, which normally puts you at ease when you have gone to the doctor for an urgent matter. I know that some doctors for-go the handshake, but a good greeting would be appropriate.

Did not ask me if I had osteoporosis or osteopenia and prescribed a drug not recommended for those who have either - I have osteopenia. I went to my doctor two days later and she did not recommend I take that medicine (I had looked it up and did not get it filled).

excellent care

I went to the urgent care for a weird rash with no appointment. I saw Seema within 20 minutes. she was helpful and eased my frustrations. she even told me if I needed to come back just to go right next door to her office so I could see her again because she's aware of the issues I was having. I appreciated that.

a follow up would have been nice seeing how I got worse and am still sick but getting better.
