Child and Family Development
Within our community there are families who need help overcoming issues or circumstances that place them or their children at risk. Children with developmental disabilities, emotional challenges, encounters with domestic violence, substance or physical abuse receive assistance through one of the many programs and services offered at the Providence Saint John’s Child and Family Development Center (CFDC). Our specially trained professional staff includes clinical social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, case managers, teachers and educational, occupational and speech therapists. Services are provided within the center, on school sites, in the home and in the community.
