Biography

Jennifer Aguilar, NP, grew up in Santa Clarita, California. Jennifer was a registered nurse at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center for four years. She then decided to attain additional education to become an advanced practice nurse. Her ultimate goal as a health care provider is to care for the whole person. She wants her patients to not only obtain excellent physical health, but also emotional, mental and spiritual wellness.

They cleaned my wound, but did not use a steri-strip to keep the wound closed as I originally had it so the wound reopened. And I do not feel all the ace wrap bandage was needed.

I was placed in an exam room 10 minutes prior to my appointment time at which time the MA took my vitals and informed me that the physician would be in shortly. Forty-five minutes later, I walked out and left the office because physician still had not come in to perform examination. I was and still am completely disappointed in the lack of consideration of my time and would never go back to that office again.

I normally see a different physician in the same office, so my experience with the physician I recently saw was limited to a very short period of time. She was, however, quite thorough, not only looking at my online profile, but spending the time with me - on a very busy day - to ask me questions and listen to my input.

Service was very slow to both get into an exam room and once I was seen. When I arrived there was only one other in the waiting room and for a pretty typical condition (bronchitis) I was in the office for 2.5 hours, most of the was spent waiting for something to happen.

i was not treated since this facility didnt have what i needed to be treated, had to go to the ER. basically saw the NP for a chat, not treatment.

The male lab technician called me "darling" instead of Miss or Ma'am which I found to be demeaning and unprofessional. I enjoyed meeting Jennifer, the NP, and will return to this office for future care.
